ONLINE ORDERING

Since our product line and sizes change rapidly, it is required that customers contact us for availability of all products.  In speaking to a sales associate, you will be fully informed of the attributes of the interested product. This method alleviates returns and overall customer inconvenience.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped via UPS and should be received within 7-10 business days after processing. Additional shipping charges apply for expedited shipping. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Sassi Soles will notify you via email or phone in cases of back order or out-of-stock items. Currently, we do not ship internationally nor do we offer Saturday delivery.

SALES TAX
The current sales tax for INDIANA residents is 7%.

GIFT CARDS
For your “gift-giving” convenience, Sassi Soles Gift Cards are also available. If this is your option, Sassi Soles will provide an appropriate occasion card and mail to the recipient the next day. A confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser.

RETURN POLICY
Although Sassi Soles strives toward complete satisfaction we do understanding items may not suite your immediate needs. Therefore we honor returns with the following stipulations:

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent back after this time will not be honored. No Exceptions!

A Credit will be issued to the credit card used for purchase, in the amount of the sale minus the shipping charges.

All merchandise returned must be unworn, in its original condition and original box.

There will be no refunds on handbags, sale/clearance items, jewelry, hats, clothing or formal wear.
